Fertility and ivf
I have two children, a 14 year old son and a 10 year old daughter. Both of my children were conceived through IVF, and therefore appreciate the issues surrounding people when trying to conceive. It's a hugely stressful, all-consuming process. I want to be able to work with those trying to conceive, so in 2013 I carried out some extra training in fertility reflexology and maternity reflexology. Prior to and throughout my second IVF cycle, which resulted in my daughter, I had regular reflexology that I strongly believe assisted my body in preparing for a pregnancy as well as keeping me relaxed throughout a tough process.
